AFTER SUGGESTION WHICH DOES COMPLETE  THE CACHE ALOTMENT

 thanks for the almost fix im not sure i want to go this route so i may
try to copy the package list into  the

terminal  manual doing several apts at a time something similiar to the
size suggestion limits in the other

report, but instead of increasing the cache limit the update or upgrade
command in this instance

could moniter the channel   ie five or ten packages to upgrade and then
a message how much space is used

and continue update upgrade
