I've just updated xubuntu.org: http://www.xubuntu.org/news/gutsy/release

I've also created the release notes (sigh):

So, I guess Xubuntu Gutsy has now been officially released: congrats!

Also, could any of the website team make the announcement on the front page
more prominent? http://xubuntu.org/
And update the mirrors list once most mirrors make Xubuntu available?
