We use a special frontend for ubiquity so we have it hardcoded not to install
our lang packs.  I suspect that this is resolved however though, because it was
affecting Ubuntu Studio at some point too and I haven't heard any complaints
since then.  Someone should do a fresh install from the RC in a VM just to be
sure though.
