possible upcoming gutsy changes

There are many bugs in Xubuntu which we will not fix for gutsy but a few 
of them we know how to fix so hopefully will be included if approved by 
the release managers:

-remove places plugin
-fix doc URL to be the actual do not via firefox page (both of these are 
in xubuntu-default-settings)
-displayconf-gtk (Vincent have you filed a bug? Can you see if mvo or 
glatzor plan another upload for gutsy in which case this change could be 
piggybacked)
