I think just stating that beta is out is ok, but I'd rather have a new 
item saying PLEASE START TESTING DAILY IMAGES NOW CAUSE WE WON'T FIX 
BUGS AFTER RELEASE!. Beta is old and we'll have release notes for RC and 
final.
