I got that message too (without editing the kernel line or whatever it is)
but without the "press enter" stuff, it just would not boot.

Pressing enter at that point did allow the system to boot.

Right. I did not file a bug report either, as I have no idea where and what
I should file ;)

I have, however, taken pictures, perhaps they might be of any help. I'm
going to do a fresh install now too, but obviously this should not happen
for Feisty final.
