I agree that the "test rejected" statement may be confusing, so I'll do my
best to explain.

The tests that were reported in the past few days were for pre-beta
releases, but there was not an official "release" of any pre-betas.  If
there were an official release, our tests would be marked, "fix released."

Now we're on to testing for the official beta release, and any tests that
get submitted now are for the beta that is to be released on March 22nd.
Any tests we report up through that time will be for the official beta
release, and will get marked as "fix released" upon the release of the beta.

I apologize for the confusion here.  I didn't know that there would be a set
of pre-beta iso testing bugs and then another set of beta iso testing bugs.
I'm in better touch with the primary ubuntu iso test leaders now, so this
won't happen again.
