i set up a new launchpad account for the 'Xubuntu Documentation Team':

* it's an open team, so feel free to join in

* please report xubuntu specific doc bugs here:
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xubuntu-docs/+bugs

* please assign any xubuntu specific doc bugs you may find on launchpad 
to this new 'Xubuntu Documentation Team'.

I'm hoping this new team can be made a member of the "Ubuntu 
Documentation Project" on launchpad.
