So, it sounds like the ndiswrapper will allow the 32-bit version of
flashplugin-nonfree to be used in 64-bit versions of Mozilla Firefox?

Also, did you mean that you are for in favor of
"xubuntu-restricted-extras"?  As Lionel mentioned above, libxine-extracodecs
only includes one extra codec.  :)
