Xubuntu Documentation Browser spec

Hi All,

We've created a spec for a Xubuntu documentation browser, and we have it up
on the Gutsy specification portion of our wiki.  Here's the link:

We haven't yet put it up on launchpad, nor have we sought input from the
Ubuntu-doc people - we just wanted to send it out to the Xubuntu folks
first.

Please let us know what you think of the project idea and the spec.
Assuming we have good feedback on it, we look forward to moving ahead with
it soon.
