Yes, this key is getting a kick start with Jim and I leading the
newest documentation push. Please be aware that Jim and I are going to
be leading the Doc Team for Xubuntu in the sense that we are
restarting the project. New documentation has not been uploaded since
Edgy (which was a little improvement of the Dapper documentation) and
we need to write a lot of new, topic based help.

I'm not sure what I know what you mean about appointments.

The reason the Welcome Centre is going to be converted into the
Documentation Browser (which is what our idea calls for) is because
the Welcome Center will not be used as decided in a Xubuntu Developers
Meeting [3]. We wouldn't be creating a new project, but using existing
code and finding a use for it.
