As a possible solution, we can get Chad Sutton (a member of the Chicago LoCo) to help us out, I know he has worked with Drupal and said the project wouldn't very difficult. He does have the time to work on the webpage but would need to be set up with access and what not. -- Best, Freddy Martinez
