Oh, I bet Freddy was given rights to the news page so he can make postings
about the cd testing and documentation .... i wouldn't doubt this is
something Cody set up and I agree that its a good idea. Probably since it is
only limited permissions Cody didn't feel it was necessary to discuss it
amongst the current admin team.
