That's what happens if you omit the last 'default-svn/xfwm4' from the
command line I provided. You probably missed it due to the line
wrapping. You can create the [themename]/xfwm4 directory manually and
move all the theme files inside it if you don't want to download the
theme again. The .svn directory only contains svn metadata and can be
safely removed, unless you plan on using svn to fetch updates to the
theme later.
