Xubuntu Documentation Browser

Hi,

ny name is Giuseppe. I installed Xubuntu a couple of weeks ago and I
really like it a LOT!
I'm the author of Xarchiver and I would like to give my modest
contribute to Xubuntu.

I read about giving Xubuntu a documentation browser. I read the
specification and I would like to know to stage of the development. I
don't know python but perhaps I can help somewhere.
