New icon theme proposal

New icon proposal, gcezanne; take a look at the screenshots and
compare it with the tango theme.

Also notice at the bottom of the screen the redesigned terminal icon;
that in my view goes better with the icon theme.
There are missing icons in the menu list that we have to tackle as well.
