[xubuntu-docs patch] First patch for Feisty

Hello Everyone,

 I've decided to try my hand at some documentation and here is my first
patch.

Changelog:

   - Change 6.06 to 7.04 in the about html document
   - Updated contributor list in bookinfo.xml
   - Updated printer configuration section to use new gui config tool

Small changes but important none the less. I'm hoping that by me getting the
ball rolling, other people will get interested in helping with the
Xubuntudocumentation effort too. I don't think the
Xubuntu documentation has been touched for a few releases so lets see about
pulling up our socks for Feisty so that we'll be able to ship with some
awesome documentation!

Feedback on the patch is, of course, welcomed.
