[Suggestion] Integrate Xubuntu visually with Ubuntu

I'm sorry but I don't think that the "official" Ubuntu look is what we
are aiming for.  Xubuntu is build about the Ubuntu base: aptitude and
the packaging that goes with them, the community, etc etc.  If you
look at the other Ubuntu remixes, you can make the same argument [1]
[2].  Xubuntu is pretty much on par with what the other  *buntu's are
doing.
