Xhelp code on launchpad ready

How does upstream display they docs?  I'm hesitant to say some like
xfce4-* if it isn't  in Xfce4, but yes I'd like a better name.  xdocs?
 xfviewer?   I think my ideas suck but hopefully we can get something
good.
