i have said this many many times.  No one seems to listen though but
hey its never a good idea until its your idea...  if you need or are
looking for a lightweight music player for your xubuntu machine that
handles a ton of music  Use Gmusicbrowser... I use it on every xubuntu
machine i setup and i am in charge of 15 machines works great... I have
since switched to mplayer with optimal settings for all video media
works great.... for a lightweight cd player use xfreecd..
