Usplash

Hi all,

Due to recent changes in the usplash requirements I updated again the
entire line of usplash artworks. I also added a 16 color 640x400 and a
640x480 256 color piece to the list as Dennis suggested. I tweaked the
former ones as well to get them in line with the rest.
