Xubuntu wiki skin progress

If you want to see how far I am with the Xubuntu wiki skin, log in to the
wiki, and in your personal preferences set the User CSS URL to:
http://101733.leerling.lekenlinge.nl/xubuntu_wiki/screen.css

I haven't tested it in IE, I think it should look OK but I'm not sure. Also,
I still have a problem with the footer and some space in between it and the
page.

Now I just have to edit the colours and the forms and lists I think.
