Bug: Alacarte Menu Editor

Jani,
I installed Dapper as SERVER and xubuntu-desktop and Alacarte is here
in menu: Applications > Acessories > Alacarte.
If XFCE has another [and functional] menu editor, why Alacarte is in
xubuntu-desktop?
