panel layout

Hello

yesterdays panel upload had a reorganization of the default panels layout.
desktop menu, firefox launcher on the left, clock logout and systray on the
right of the top panel
and showdesktop, taskbar and pager on the bottom one. Very similar to gnome
in ubuntu.
You'll need a new user or removing ~/.config/xfce4/panel and possibly
~/.cache/sessions/*
to get the new layout.

Let's start on thinking what the default will look like, what plugins most
people would need etc.
I am inclined to follow ubuntu on this as it makes sense mostly, but without
a default mail app
launcher.
