festival (not really needed ... just a feature)

(note: if possible test it on breezy, for many reasons ... for ex
notify-daemon will change soon name and source .. so i'm waitin for
that ....)

config files:

rules.xml
vouce.xml
config.xml

icon theme suggested: gperfection

run it as:

# python nomed.py

plug usb,firewire devices ... open and close cdrom and so on
