What about a printer manager

Hi,
i am using Xubuntu in a PII with 64 Mg and one of the issues was to
add a new printer.

I managed starting cups and using its web interface, But in the
interface it said about using the gnome interface instead for security
reasons.

What you you think is the best approach for this?
