i'll try to figure out what caused this. i don't think it's such bug
but i see some apps ,as bindings to xdg , search
/etc/xdg/menu/applications.menu that is gnome stuff, and
/etc/xdg/menus/xfce4.menu has some entries that point to kde stuff
too.

i feel this'll need to be fixed if we want xfce gnome and now even kde free.
