xfce 4.3 -- testing

I agree . I don't have an xfce menu like on your screenshot, but a separate
setting menu with the xfce-seeting
stuff under it.
But I had gnome installed before xfce so that might cause some differences.
We need to make the menu simpler than it is now, you had some wiki pages
written up about this
and we'll also peek at what ubuntu-desktop people do.
