I tried sylpheed-claws 1.0.5, which I guess is the "the stable
*extended*version of Sylpheed"
Sylpheed Claws does have plugins for spam filtering using Bogofilter and
SpamAssasin, I didn't play with them too much, mainly because at the time I
couldn't get IMAP to work. I finally got IMAP working, so I will give the
plugins a try.
