weather plugin crashes

ok, fixed the paris crasher and then while pbuilding discovered the old one
again - which I did not
see in a while, but I dont use the plugin so understandable :). Happens when
the theme is changed.

Yves-Alexis, these should work in debian too. Looks like the patch in
goodies bugzilla was ok just missed
another similar g_free().
