Visual tune-up

Hi all,

During the weekend I did a bit of visual fine-tuning. I've created two sets of application icons with xubuntu logos, one for aluminium and one for steel, and replaced the default xfce icon with them in order to make xubuntu, in look and feel, more in line with its other siblings.
