item 2: goodies meta

the idea is to have a meta-pkge that could install all the available goodies.

jurjenst proposed an xubuntu(|xfce)-app-install, it exists already a
gnome-app-install that could be  good sample. This will need
discussions for sure.

i checked the code of gnome-app-install  it uses desktop files and
python-apt ... it shouldn't be that hard to have it working for
xubuntu-dapper (universe).
