Conflict with gtkrc-2.0 from Kubuntu

Close.  I just added a short note to Bug #36256
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/+source/gtk-qt-engine/+bug/36256/+index
where there is suggestion of removing it from kubuntu-desktop and/or 
demoting it to universe.
