I agree with Jani. The GAIM irc support is very poor, in my opinion.
XChat packages have only about 305kiB (xchat: 240.4 and xchat-common:
64.6); and 3.9miB when installed (xchat: 664 and xchat-common: 3388).
If we don't put it in the "default" Xubuntu's installation, we should
put it as optional to install (if it is possible).
