Hi Colin,

thanks for your input. The only thing I disagree with is ditching xorg
Do you have an url for x-tiny? It is preferable to keep with xorg which is
well tested and used by all ubuntu derivatives.
There's an editable package list on the wiki now:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/XubuntuProposedPackages
We'll all put packages in the proposed list and the uncontroversial ones
we'll move to 'decided' (couldn't think of a better name)
