NVU

Hi all,

I've just reviewed the proposed packages list on the
xubuntu site and found  no web design tool among the
packages. So, I propose adding Nvu to the list. This
is a WYSWYG html editor and pretty good for designing
basic web pages; especially for those not familiar
with html language.
