synaptic / gksudo issue

Are you planning on including the package gksu?

The menu item for synaptic has disapeared since I removed gksu from my 
system. This is because the synaptic.desktop file in 
/usr/share/applications has  'gksudo synaptic' as the executable (the 
xfce4 menu needs a valid executable).

If you don't have gksu, as far as I can tell, synaptic would only be 
able to be run from the command line.

Package gksu draws in only a few extra packages on my system, including 
gnome-keyring.
