Requirements to run Xubuntu

Hello,

An user of Ubuntu asked me, some time ago, what is the minimun
requirements and the recomended requirements to run the Xubuntu and
all his programs.
Do anyone have any experience on running Xubuntu:
1- in a computer very "simple" (pentium 200, 100;  486...)
2- in a computer very "simple" and don't having any lag or big delays
(pentium 200, 300, 400...)

With these data, we can make our minimun and recomended requirements tables....
