rustc (1.30.0+dfsg1+llvm-2ubuntu1~16.04.1) xenial; urgency=medium
* Backport to Xenial.
* Relax the gdb build requirement
- update debian/control
* Relax the dependency on xz-utils by commenting out some unused code
- add debian/patches/d-relax-xz-utils-dependency.patch
- update debian/patches/series

* Merge from Debian unstable:
- Use the bundled llvm to avoid having to do llvm updates in order to
deliver rust updates

during some debuginfo tests
