jakarta-taglibs-standard (1.1.2-4) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Team upload.
  * Removed the Servlet, JSP and EL API jars from the classpath specified
    in the manifest (Closes: #806905)
  * Transition to the Servlet API 3.1 (Closes: #780701, #801012)
  * debian/control:
    - Removed the deprecated DM-Upload-Allowed field
    - Standards-Version updated to 3.9.6 (no changes)
    - Use canonical URLs for the Vcs-* fields
  * Switch to debhelper level 9
  * debian/rules: Improved the clean target
