  * Bump the standards to 3.9.7 (no change)

  * Add silent support for parsing /etc/default/opendnssec for FreeIPA
    support
  * Add patches to enforcerd to fail gracefully when no HSM repositories
    are available and change -d to no-daemon and -D to debug
  * Migrate to dbgsym debug packages
