  * Advance debhelper compatibility to 9.

      "override_dh_auto_build" and "override_dh_install".  Include
      target "override_dh_auto_build" as no-op.
  * Suggested document root is already "/var/www/html".
    + debian/webfsd.conf: Updated.
  * Improve debconf questions.
