    - Lengthen long description with information from wmfire homepage.

    - Update to DEP5 machine-readable format, version 1.0.

    - Remove unnecessary file.

    - Add AUTHORS, NEWS, and README.
    - Remove ALL_I_GET_IS_A_GREY_BOX; no longer relevant.

    - (rename_configure.in.patch) Silence deprecated-configure-filename
      Lintian warning.
