  * Fix logic error in check for Paired to know if we should add
    ellipsis.

  * Reintroduce the functionality dropped in the Qt 5.4 transition -
    expose the functions we need from QStorageInfo to QML, and copy over
    a heuristic function to tell if a drive is "internal" or not.
  * Make the developerMode property not CONSTANT - this was ignored as
    it's writable.
