  * Standard-Version bumped to 3.9.6:
    - added d/source/format
    - Changed d/compat from 5 to 9
    - Rewritten from scratch d/copyright
    - Moved guidedog.ifupdown to source
    - Created guidedog.install
    - Removed unneeded init.d, menu (moved to source code), postinst,
      postrm and prerm
    - Changed d/rules to a newer simpler version
    - Added new d/watch
