  * New upstream release.
  * Drop using Files-Excluded, new upstream release tarball is cruft-less.
  * Python 3 support.
  * Switch to debhelper 9.
  * Switch to pybuild.
  * Drop patches accepted upstream
  * Add python3 support to the auto-package test.
