tablet-encode (2.30-0.1ubuntu1) lucid; urgency=low

  * Use tiny debian/rules.
  * Bump debhelper to 7.0.50 due to the use of override_* statements.
  * Install README.txt as upstream's changelog.
  * debian/install: Install tablet-encode into /usr/bin.
  * Remove Recommends on mplayer, mencoder already depends on it.
  * Add a manpage file.
  * Update debian/copyright.
  * Improve runtime descriptions.
