  * Team upload
  * New upstream release
  * Run tests with rake now
  * Add debian/patches/dont-use-bundler-in-tests.patch to avoid loading
    bundler during tests, which would force loading jbuilder.gemspec, which
    uses git to get a list of files for the gem.
