Problem with initctl stop

Ok - so I think you miscounted here. :)  I was going by the job config in
your askubuntu.com post, which didn't list the 'expect' line at all.  I
first assumed 'expect daemon' was what was wanted, so tried that, but when I
did I got the exact same behavior as you:

> initctl status emacs
> emacs start/spawned, process 19451

This means that upstart is still waiting for the second fork.

When I use 'expect fork', the job behaved as intended.
