Note that on RHEL 6 Upstart is used only in sysvinit compatibility
mode. In RHEL 7 it is replaced by systemd. Hence using non-sysvinit
functionality of Upstart on RHEL 6 will result in scripts that do not
run on RHEL 7 anymore.
