status of Petr's DEAD_PROCESS patch of Apr 22?

Hi,

Regarding https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/upstart/+bug/183729,
can anyone comment on whether Petr's patch in message 15 (patch at
http://launchpadlibrarian.net/45013300/upstart-utmp-set-DEAD_PROCESS.patch)
will be applied to the official upstart?
